What to send:
“How it works” or “Behind the formula” style email
Infographics, product breakdowns, video demos
Use FAQs to overcome friction points

2. Build Confidence Through Transformation Stories
Instead of showing features, show results.
Highlight real customer journeys or case studies that show before/after outcomes.
What to send:
A customer spotlight email (“How [Name] got results with [Product]”)
Include photos, quotes, and timestamps if possible
Link to blog, testimonials, or product page

3. Create a “Problem-Solution” Education Series
Educate around the problem your product solves, then position your product as the natural next step.
What to send:
Email 1: “Struggling with [problem]?”
Email 2: “Why [common solution] doesn’t work”
Email 3: “How [your brand] solves this, step-by-step”
Use storytelling + value first… then offer the product.
