Email Shakeup

Hey there, Tarun from Milkshake again🥤
If your products sell out often, you’re sitting on an easy win: the Low Stock Flow.
This automation kicks in when inventory is running low on popular products and nudges customers to grab theirs before it’s gone.
It’s urgency-driven, fast to implement, and converts like crazy.
Low Stock Flow Structure:
This flow structure is simple, and will mimic that of your abandoned checkout/browse abandonment emails.
Email 1: Low Stock Alert!
Subject: “Only a few left of [Product]!”
Visual of product + bold “low stock” callout
CTA: “Secure Yours Now”
Email 2: Final Chance Reminder (24 hours later)
Subject: “Last chance before [Product] sells out!”
CTA: “Shop Now”
Optional: Use a dynamic stock meter/countdown

Klaviyo Setup Guide:
Trigger: Product inventory hits a low-stock threshold

Inventory Threshold:
Determine what qualifies as a “low inventory” threshold

Inventory Profile Requirements:

Filters:

When To Implement:
You’ve got bestsellers that move fast
You experience regular stock fluctuations
You want to create urgency without discounting
Quick Recap
Urgency is one of the strongest psychological triggers in ecommerce and the Low Stock Flow taps into it perfectly.
Set it up once, and let it quietly convert your warmest subscribers in the background.
